SALES POLICY

Please take time to read our Sales policy:All babies will leave our care in the best possible health condition when they turn 8 weeks old (except chickens/ducks/guinea fowl-they can leave at hatch).

⭐Regarding our sales policy, please read the following rules before inquiring. When the customer purchases from us, it is acknowledged that you have read and agree to the policy...
➡️Baby goats, bunnies, pigs, and guinea pigs will be reserved with an upfront 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit will go towards the purchase price. Deposits can NOT be moved to another baby or refunded unless something happened to the baby while in our care. Also, if you change your mind after full payment is made, this will also be NON REFUNDABLE. Full payment will be due the week prior to the pick up date (unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon). If you don’t answer your texts/calls/messages or don’t show up on the pick up date, the baby will be put back up available. After the baby turns 12 weeks, it costs $10 per week to hold them. (Unless you have transport set up for soon after they turn 12 weeks) 
➡️We reserve the right to cancel any sell at any time for any reason. If cancellation is done on our part, a FULL refund will be made. 
➡️We do our best to identify gender, but it is NOT 100% guaranteed. NO refund will be given due to misidentified gender.♂️♀️
➡️No babies will leave our care before 8 weeks old, under no circumstances.
➡️Pictures from Chambers Valley Farm & Rabbitry are our property. If you use/post them, please give us the photo credit. 📷
➡️If you are not local and require transport, transport is to be obtained by buyer at buyer’s expense.
➡️Any animal sold as “proven” has been successfully bred and produced offspring with sale price reflecting this confirmation. *Animals not sold as proven have NOT produced offspring. We do not offer any type of reimbursement or replacement for animals that do not reproduce. 
-➡️If you get a baby from us and can not keep or take care of it, we are glad to take it back with no refund given. Please do not abandon them on the street or send them to a shelter. 
➡️We accept cash, FB Pay, Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal(friends and family-if not sent correctly it will be refunded and required to be sent correctly).
